Red Pepper Jelly

Sweet red peppers and a touch of cayenne give this jelly its balance of sweetness and gentle heat. Spoon it over cream cheese and serve with crackers for one of the easiest appetizers we know.

Red Pepper Jelly has long been a Clever Girl pantry favorite. It is useful beyond the cheese board, too: try a little in a sandwich or brush it over chicken toward the end of cooking. A very good jar to have on hand when company is coming.
