Can I place my order by phone?
Sure you can, we would love to hear from you. Just call us at 708-246-5050, and we’ll be happy to assist. 
Will there be sales taxes on my order?
Well, that’s a tricky one. If your order is being delivered anywhere outside of Illinois, no, your merchandise is wondrously tax-free. However, if you live here, in the Land of Lincoln, we must abide by the state's tax code. Any taxes applied will be clearly displayed on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. If we can put a man on the moon, surely we can manage to ship your items to Canada or overseas. To order products for international shipment, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to take care of everything for you.
How do I know if my order is being processed?
Soon after you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. We’ll also send a shipping confirmation and tracking email when all or part of your order has been sent.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Definitely. Simply call us at 708-246-5050, or email info@shopclevergirl.com. But do it quickly--If an item has already shipped, you will need to follow the directions for returns found on our policies page.
Can I send a gift to someone? 
Yes. Simply call customer service and we’ll be happy to help arrange your order.
How do you protect my credit card information?
We take your privacy very seriously. Your online order will be processed through our secure server using state-of-the-art SSL encryption technology. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Must I prepare for an avalanche of junk mail and spam?
Good-golly, no!  We never sell information about our customers. (We want to keep you all to ourselves.) You may receive an occasional email from us letting you know about special events, or new merchandise, but you can easily opt-out at any time. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
What does 'Final Sale' mean?
If an item is marked "Final Sale" this means that it can be neither exchanged, given store credit nor a refund. A refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items. 
Can I use more than one clever coupon on my order?
Sorry, our system only accepts the last coupon entered.  No multiple codes on a single transaction.  If you find that you have two promo codes--by all means--use the one that is best for you!
Hey! Where's my return?
Returns are usually processed within 2-4 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we process it.   
Do gift certificate purchases qualify for special offers or promotions?
Nope.  Sorry, but gift certificates do not count towards amounts required to be eligible for free shipping or promotional offers.
Where do you find your items?
All over!  We carry a variety of things from different places.  For many of our jewelry and accessories items we work with independent artists and craftsmen. For our one-of-a-kind items in the store we scour flea markets, antique stores and estate sales.
