RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Clever Girl accepts eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, merchandise must:

• Be full-priced
• Be unused, unworn and in its original condition
• Be free from wear, stains, odors or other conditions that would prevent it from being sold as new
• Have all original tags attached
• Be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Sale-priced merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards and gift certificates are also non-returnable.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible online purchases may be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment.

Purchases made using PayPal that are returned in person cannot be refunded through the store and will receive store credit instead.

After we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. The time required for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when appropriate. Clever Girl cannot provide reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Eligible merchandise may also be returned in person at our shop in Western Springs, Illinois.

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return will be issued as Clever Girl store credit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help make it right.
