Refund policy

We want you to be happy!
At Clever Girl, we are happy to accept returns for items within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Items purchased using PayPal that are returned in-store cannot be refunded but can be returned for store credit.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Clever Girl does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.

Merchandise may also be returned in our shop in Western Springs, Illinois.

*ONLY FULL PRICED ITEMS may be refunded, unfortunately SALE PRICED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED/REFUNDED.
*Gift cards and/or Gift Certificates are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
