SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

SHIPPING AREA

Clever Girl currently ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations.

SHIPPING COST

A flat shipping charge of $8 is applied to eligible orders at checkout.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders usually ship within two business days. Once shipped, orders are generally expected to arrive within three to five business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

Free in-store pickup is available at checkout.

Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before visiting the store.

Pickup hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday. When you arrive, simply give us the name associated with the order.
