Mahjong Social 1000 Piece Puzzle

Why it caught our eye

For the friend who says, “Just one more hand,” and somehow it's three hours later.

There's something wonderfully irresistible about a mahjong afternoon. The cheerful clatter of tiles, a pot of tea, a few delicious snacks, plenty of conversation, and just enough friendly competition to keep everyone on their toes.

Artist Paige Jung has captured all that charm in Mahjong Social, a beautifully illustrated 1,000-piece puzzle celebrating one of the world's most beloved social games.

At the center of the scene is a mahjong game in full swing, surrounded by pretty teacups, a decorative teapot, colorful furnishings, and the delightful little details that make a gathering feel special. The artwork's fresh palette of pinks, greens, and unexpected pops of color gives this puzzle a wonderfully contemporary personality while honoring the game's rich traditions.

We especially love that it's a puzzle about another game entirely. There's something rather clever about that, don't you think?

A particularly inspired gift for the mahjong enthusiast who seems to have everything, a lovely hostess present for your favorite mahjong player, or simply a colorful and satisfying challenge for someone who enjoys a good jigsaw puzzle.

All the pleasure of mahjong night, one piece at a time.
