Why it caught our eye

A little Southern hospitality, a little cocktail-hour glamour, and a very generous helping of personality. Oversharing is the debut cookbook from Cortney LaCorte, the Nashville entertaining enthusiast better known as @cheesegal, who believes even an ordinary Tuesday deserves something delicious.

From Chili Crisp Popcorn and Caesar Salad Meatball Smash Burgers to a Whole Bottle of Cab Pot Roast and a properly dirty martini, this is food that's fun to make and even more fun to share. There are clever shortcuts for busy evenings, irresistible snacks for nights on the sofa, and impressive dishes for when company's coming.

We especially love Cortney's philosophy that entertaining doesn't have to be complicated to feel fabulous. A little effort, a good cocktail, and plenty of salted butter can go a very long way.
