Why we like it

Vodka sauce is one of our perennial favorites, and this Italian version makes it very easy to understand why. Rich tomato flavor is softened by the creamy sauce for something comforting, savory and just a little indulgent.

It's an exceptionally useful jar to have in the pantry: toss it with pasta for an easy dinner, spoon it over ravioli, or use it as the starting point for baked pasta. Add Parmesan, a green salad and good bread and dinner is essentially handled.
