Why we like it

Mafaldine is one of those pasta shapes that makes a simple dinner look rather special. Long, ribbon-like strands are finished with beautifully ruffled edges, giving the pasta both its distinctive appearance and plenty of places for sauce to cling.

Made in Italy from organic durum wheat semolina, it's especially good with a rich ragù or creamy sauce, but even butter, Parmesan and black pepper are enough to make a very good bowl of pasta.
