Why we like it

Gigli means “lilies” in Italian, which explains this wonderfully ruffled shape. The curled edges and little folds aren't only pretty—they're particularly good at catching sauce, making every forkful a little more interesting.

This organic Italian pasta is an easy one to keep in the pantry for weeknight dinners, but the unusual shape makes it feel special enough for company. Pair it with a good tomato sauce, something creamy and mushroomy, or simply olive oil, Parmesan and plenty of black pepper.
